Appointment Preparation -Please make sure you are booking the correct service and allowing enough time for your appointment. -Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled appointment. Please arrive with your hair fully detangled. -Arriving late may result in a shortened or modified service, and depending on the amount of time missed, your appointment may need to be cancelled. Late Policy Again, things happen. I fully understand, so there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. -Arrivals after 10 minutes will result in a $5 late fee -Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of the appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise stated! I truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon! Xoxo, M. Renee
